1. Products & Services

• We deal in new and used mobile phones, branded accessories (neckbands, Bluetooth speakers, chargers), and mobile repair services.

• Hall sale and retail purchases are subject to product availability and applicable pricing at the time of billing.

2. Warranty & Guarantee

• Warranty applies only to products that specifically mention it on the invoice.

• Mobile repairs include service warranties (if stated) but do not cover future accidental damage.

• Used phones are sold “as is” and may carry limited functionality-based guarantees.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

• No returns are accepted on used phones or repaired devices unless a prior service guarantee is breached.

• New accessories may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if unused, sealed, and accompanied by the original invoice.

• Return approval is at the sole discretion of Shiv Shakti Mobile after verification.

4. Repair Services

• All repairs are done using the best available tools and parts.

• While every effort is made to preserve your data, we do not guarantee data recovery or protection.

• Customers are advised to take backups before submitting devices.

5. Pricing & Offers

• All prices mentioned are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Offers and discounts are time-bound and valid only within the announced period.

6. Communication & Contact

• By contacting us through WhatsApp, SMS, or calls, you consent to receive updates regarding offers, service status, and follow-ups.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Shiv Shakti Mobile is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use a product or service.

• In any event, our maximum liability shall be limited to the cost of the product/service purchased.

• All disputes are subject to Shikohabad jurisdiction only.

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
